We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had great facilities like a TV and air conditioning. The location was perfect, being close to a shopping mall with a supermarket and a major bus stop. It made it very convenient for us to explore the city. The staff, especially Irina, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. They provided a delicious breakfast in our room every morning and even arranged transportation for us from the airport. We would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, convenient location, and friendly staff.

We stayed at a small hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as it was close to a busy street, a major bus stop, and even the exhibition center. There was also a shopping mall with a supermarket nearby. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The service was excellent, with the hostess going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was served in the room at a convenient time.
The hotel had semi-transparent plastic stripes on the room door, which allowed some light from the corridor to enter.

Good location, 10-min walk to Bayterek Tower, next to a shopping mall with a supermarket. Strong wi-fi. Breakfast delivered to room every morning. Bus stop nearby. Newly renovated, clean rooms. Great bathroom. Friendly owner. Easy check-out for early departure. Excellent value for money.
